Overview

Tri Nerds UNCOVER (Short) is our year-round team training track built specifically for Super Sprint and Sprint distance triathletes, time-crunched athletes, and multisport newcomers looking for skill, speed, and consistency. Subscribing to UNCOVER links your personal training calendar to the live Tri Nerds Short-Course progression with a rolling 14-day window. Each workout is automatically calibrated to your personal heart rate, power, pace, and swim CSS targets—no guesswork required. You will build calm open-water swim confidence, crisp transition habits, efficient bike cadence, and strong off-the-bike running legs while training alongside the Tri Nerds community.

Methodology

• Rolling 14-Day Live Sync: Your calendar stays populated 14 days ahead with the current team phase—never overwhelming, always actionable. • Skill & Speed First: Emphasizes swim mechanics, cadence efficiency, neuromuscular speed, and repeatable brick transitions on 5–8 hours per week. • Weekly Check In & Team Support: Combine AI-assisted daily telemetry with weekly check-ins, group Q&A, and the Tri Nerds Telegram chat room.
